They do say all iPhone 13 models will have integrated touch, BOE will join LGD on both 6.1" models, mini and 13 will adopt 12 Pro Max camera sensors, & sensor size will increase on Pro. pic.twitter.com/G9f6cz8dm0— Ross Young (@DSCCRoss) October 2, 2020
The leaks also reveal that four iPhone 13 models, including the iPhone 13 Mini (5.4 inches), iPhone 13 (6.06 inches), iPhone 13 Pro (6.06 inches), and iPhone 13 Pro Max. (6.67 inches), will be released in 2021, roughly between September and October.
There's also a 6.06-inch iPhone SE 3 available, but it's delayed until spring 2022. Ross Young also confirmed that ProMotion will be a key feature of the iPhone 13 series, which uses LTPO technology to use a variable refresh rate.
From my point of view, the most important development of the iPhone 13 model is ProMotion with a variable update rate by adopting LTPO for the Pro model.

Apple iPhone 13 Series Specification Comparison Table
According to the specs table shared by Ross Young, the iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13 of the lower iPhone 13 series receive the camera configuration of the iPhone 12 Pro Max (dual camera, 1.7um pixel size), while the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max increases the pixel size to 1.9um, which is said to be in the right direction in the photo plane. The Pro Series also has three lenses and a ToF sensor.
In terms of connectivity, the Pro series will feature mmWave with sub 6 GHz 5G, while the lower models will hit just under 6 GHz. Talking about display providers: The iPhone 13 Pro Max screen comes from DEZA, the Pro and the standard 13 model screen from LGD + BOE, while the iPhone 13 Mini screen comes from SDC + LGD. All four models use OLED displays and facial recognition.
The pending iPhone SE 3 is equipped with Sharp LCD and JDI only supports Sub 6, uses a dual camera with a size of 1.4um pixels, same as the iPhone 11, fingerprint sensor, and without ToF sensor.
The most interesting thing about this is that the cheaper iPhone, which is scheduled to be available in spring 2021, has been postponed for a year, likely due to the very high offering of the current iPhone SE, and will upgrade its additional cameras and 5G.
