Xiaomi Redmi K30i Comes With A 48MP Main Camera Instead Of 64MP

When Xiaomi Redmi K30 enters the market in December, only the Chinese version will offer 5G connectivity with the global 4G version. Rumor has it that the Xiaomi Redmi K30i will take the challenge of being the cheapest 5G smartphone on the market and will likely be available outside of China.
But to keep costs down, some angles must be cut. In this case, the Xiaomi Redmi K30i will likely use a 48MP main sensor which is cheaper for the rear quad camera arrangement than the 64MP found on the current Xiaomi Redmi K30 phone.
The information comes from a string in a standard MIUI camera application that targets phones called "Picasso". This is the code name for Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G. And because we know that the K30 5G uses a 64 megapixel camera in China, we can assume that this is an international version of the K30i.
